Zaeden is an Aquaculture Technician at HSWRI, where his role involves the care and handling of fish within the facility. This includes monitoring water quality, feeding the fish, observing their eating habits, and maintaining the cleanliness of the tanks and sumps. In his department, Zaeden primarily works with the broodstock but also assists in the raceways and EXP. He began as a volunteer from February to May and was hired as a seasonal part-time worker in June. Zaeden’s career goal is to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, and he believes the experience and knowledge gained from animal care at HUBBS will help him achieve this aspiration.
