As a Facility Maintenance Manager, Robert has successfully overseen maintenance projects and operations at the Carlsbad fish hatchery for 12 years. He adept at planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to major equipment repairs. Robert has a proven ability to optimize water supply systems, ensure proper functioning of equipment like pumps and blowers, and maintain the integrity of hatchery buildings and grounds.
Robert possess a strong understanding of the unique maintenance including advanced water management systems, filtration, HVAC, and temperature control.
